Services We Provide

We specialize in sunroom installation, patio enclosures, screen rooms, and outdoor structures in West Palm Beach and nearby areas. When you hire us, we will provide a detailed quote that outlines exactly what we will do for your project. That quote becomes part of our agreement with you.

We work hard to stick to our timeline, but sometimes weather, permits, or material delays can push things back. We will always keep you updated if anything changes.

Estimates and Pricing

We offer free estimates for all our services. The price we quote is based on the information you give us and what we see during our site visit. If we discover something unexpected during the project, like structural issues or permit requirements, we will talk to you first before doing any extra work that costs more.

All prices include labor and materials unless we tell you otherwise. You are responsible for any permits or fees required by your local government, though we can help you get them.

Payment Terms

We typically ask for a deposit before starting work and the remaining balance when the job is complete. Your specific payment schedule will be in your quote. We accept checks, credit cards, and bank transfers.

If payment is late, we may pause work on your project until the account is current. For significantly overdue accounts, we may charge interest or take legal action to collect what is owed.

Your Responsibilities

You need to make sure we can access your property safely during the work. This means clearing the area where we will be working and making sure your pets are secured. You also need to tell us about any underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other things we should know about before we start digging or building.

If you are part of a homeowners association, you are responsible for getting their approval before we begin. We can provide drawings or documents to help with this process.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. Our labor is guaranteed for one year from the completion date. Materials come with manufacturer warranties, which we will give you information about. If something goes wrong with our workmanship during the warranty period, we will fix it at no charge to you.

Our warranty does not cover damage from severe weather, accidents, improper use, or modifications made by others. It also does not cover normal wear and tear over time.

Changes and Cancellations

If you want to change your project after we have started, just let us know. We will give you a new quote for the changes. If you need to cancel, please tell us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on how far along we are with ordering materials and scheduling labor.

Limitation of Liability

We carry insurance and work carefully, but we cannot be responsible for damage to hidden utilities, unexpected property conditions, or problems that were not visible during our initial inspection. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the project.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a problem with our work or service, please talk to us first. We want to make things right. If we cannot resolve the issue through conversation, we agree to try mediation before going to court. Any legal disputes will be handled in Palm Beach County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
